Return Policy

We accept returns on unopened products with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.

-The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

-Returned items are subject to inspection to ensure they have not been tampered with.

-Sale items are final sale.

-All trading cards are final sale at the time of purchase.

-Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

Holds Policy

In-store customers may place items on hold for future purchase.

-Held items will be kept off the sales floor for up to 2 weeks.

-If no contact has been made regarding the purchase within that time, the item will be returned to the sales floor for general purchase.

Shipping Policy

-All pre-ordered items will be shipped on or before their release date.

-Customers may choose between tracked and non-tracked shipping options, where available. If a customer selects the non-tracked shipping option, they acknowledge that the shipment does not include tracking or insurance. Once the order has been shipped, Obsidian Games LTD is not responsible for items that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. A tracked shipping option is offered at checkout for customers who wish to have shipment tracking and delivery confirmation.

-We currently ship within Canada only.
