Store Order Policies

PREORDERS

Individuals may preorder certain products upon consent of Obsidian Games LTD prior to the release date of product. Products preorders will only be provided on the release date and not before. A deposit will be required to preorder any product prior to the release date.

Fifteen percent (15%) of the deposit will be non-refundable should the individual chose to decline the final sale of preordered product.

Preorders must be picked up in-store unless other arrangements are made. This will be at the sole discretion of Obsidian Games LTD. 

Obsidian Games LTD maintains the right to cancel any preorder at anytime for any reason; Should Obsidian Games LTD cancel the preorder the deposit will be refunded in full.

Obsidian Games LTD maintains the right to alter the final total of any preorder at anytime for any reason; Should Obsidian Games LTD alter the final total of any preorder the deposit may be requested to be refunded in full.

Obsidian Games LTD reserves the right to change this policy at any time with or without notice.
